LONDON – Novak Djokovic won the top individual honor at the 2012Laureus Sports Awards on Monday, and Barcelona captured the team prize. Kvitova Rallies, Czechs Top Germany 4-1

STUTTGART, Germany – Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova rallied to beatGermany’s Sabine Lisicki on Sunday, sending defending champion Czech Republicinto the semifinals of the Fed Cup. MADRID – Rafael Nadal says his fiscal requirements are up to date aftera Spanish website reported the Australian Open finalist had set up severalcompanies to trim his tax bill. Spanish website Primeran says Nadal created companies in the Basque regionto take advantage of a local tax rule to drop the amount of income tax he wouldhave to pay from image rights. Roddick on Track for Return at San Jose
